At GamaKay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mechanical keyboard and peripherals. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@gamakay.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all keycaps, switches, cables, and manuals that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
